WILL: There are a couple
way to get a file from
one computer to another.
One way is to use a flash
memory drive, sometimes called
a USB stick or a thumb drive.
They have an end that fits
into a USB port on your
computer, like this.
Navigate to My Computer
on a PC, or load up
Your Finder on a Mac.
You'll notice a new hard drive
has become available, sometimes
called Removable Disk.
Open the flash drive's
folder, and just drag
and drop files onto it.
You can also copy files from
the flash drive to your
computer by dragging them from
the folder to your desktop.
When you're done using the
flash drive, right click on
the drive and select eject.
Now you can remove the flash
drive from your computer.
Pretty much all computers have
a USB port, which means you can
share with most computers, so
keep one of these handy the
next time you need to
share some files.
